The first on-track training starts Sept. 12th. All other sessions start the week of Sept.17-21


Monday & Wednesday: On Track Training - 4:30-6:30 pm, CBHRC Track, Coach:


Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: Noon Run - 12-1PM, CBHRC Track, Coaches: & Dean Abbass


Tuesday & Thursday:  Resistance Training - 8-9:30AM, CBHRC Fitness Centre, Coach: 


Thursday: Throwers Workout - 4:30-6PM, CBHRC Track or Dome, Coach:
