CAPERS WOMEN PERFECT THROUGH 10

Halifax, NS - The Cape Breton Capers (10-0-0) women's soccer team continued their run at a perfect season with a convincing 7-0 victory over the host Saint Mary's Huskies (0-9-0) on a wet Saturday afternoon in AUS soccer action.

The CAPERS scored early and often to beat the Halifax school despite the bad weather. The CAPERS had goals from 5 different players and fired 12 shots on goal. Saint Mary's couldn't muster much offense and had no shots on goal. The CAPERS remain the only team in the AUS to win all of their game this season and Saint Mary's remains the only winless squad.
